Kenichoro Honda became the A.O.Y. of the WMC(Weekday Megro Cup)
2020.09.25
O.S.P pro staff Kenichiro Honda finished 3rd at the final of WMC(Weekday Megro Cup)
held by Gold House Megro in Lake Hibara with 2360g using 03 Hunts 11g & 14g + Do-Live Beaver 3.5 and this made him the A.O.Y. of the tournament.
This is his comment
Football jig is a light rig for me at Lake Hibara which means the strongest bite creator. and the most confident bait.
Shooting football jig using the power of Do-Live Beaver is the strongest method.
Dark color is effective in deep water because the silhouette is clear.

David Dudley finished in 7th place with Blitz Max MR!
2020.08.20
David Dudley got the 7th prize at the FLW Super Tournament held on from 11th to 14th of Aug at Lake Erie in Ohio. His main bait was BLITZ MR (Vanilla chartreuse) and BLITZ MAX DR (Tasty shad).
Here is a report from Mr. Hiroyuki Watanabe aka Nabesan who is a good friend of Dudley.
Well I got a good news last week from U.S.A. I am Hiroyuki Watanabe “Nabesan”, already back in Japan. My fishing teacher David Dudley finished 7th at the FLW Super Tournament held on from 11th to 14th of Aug at Lake Erie in Ohio. Mostly he used O.S.P Blitz series. I helped him preparing for the tournament at his house.
I prepared a lot of O.S.P baits that I have been using for a long time, and sent him out to the northern match.
Dudley and I have checked this lake in 2017 with his eldest son Mason. I wrote about that in my weblog and we knew that the lake is always rough.
And we caught some good largemouth bass.
Also we understood how to fish small mouth bass.
Not to mention, these fish were caught with O.S.P baits. And he made it at the ultimate tournament! This result showed the power of Blitz again!

Shin Imai wins W.B.S. 1st!
2020.08.18
O.S.P pro staff Shin Imai and his partner Manabu Takagi won W.B.S. pro tournament 1st held on Aug. 9th at Kasumigaura with 5 fish 4785g.
His baits were
5g dropshot rigged Do-Live SS Gill 2
05 Tugger + Do-Live Stick 3
Weightless rigged Do-Live Shad 4.5
Here is his comment
After we caught 4th fish at the vertical structure in the main lake, we had a big trouble. Live well did not work. So we started to think to get back. But we talked about whether to stop fishing or keep on fishing and decided to keep on fishing because one more fish would bring good result. So we concentrated on taking care of fish suppling fresh water and ice into the live well. Then we caught 1630g which was the biggest fish on that day with Do-Live Stick 4.5. Thanks to Mr. Takagi for taking good care of fish!

Ryosuke Kisaka won 3rd prize!
2020.08.12
NBC Chapter Hiroshima was held on Aug.2nd. O.S.P pro staff Ryosuke Kisaka won 3rd prize with 3 fish 1710g using free rigged Do-Live Beaver 4 and Blade Jig+Do-Live Shad.
Tackle for Blade Jig
Rod: Fiberglass rod 7 ft MH power
Reel: baitcasting reel 6.3:1 gear ratio
Line:12lb fluorocarbon
Bait: Blade Jig1/2oz(tenaga)+Do-Live Shad 4.5(neon wakasagi)
Tackle for Do-Live Beaver
Rod: 7.2 ft MH power
Reel: baitcasting reel high gear ratio
Line:14lb fluorocarbon
Bait: 7g free rigged Do-Live Beaver 4(amezari)
His comment
I caught kicker fish at the complex spot which consist of rock and overhang and laydown inside the river with the strong bait like Blade Jig 1/2 +Do-Live Shad 4.5. After that, the sun went up and water temperature got higher, I figured fish were conscious of shade and big bass moved to deeper column. So I dropped 7g free rigged Do-Live Beaver 4 on to the rock. Bass bit it right after the bait touched the bottom. I caught one more bass with the same rig.
