NBC Chapter Kanagawa 2nd was held on July 26th at Lake Ashi in Kanagawa Pref. O.S.P pro staff Kiyoshi Takahara won with new released Picro 68F.

It was raining heavily all day. I fished over hang with lay down and weedy shallow flat using Picro. I got kicker with big bait at the off shore point in the water. I used Picro by dead slow retrieve and rolling on the same spot. I used big bait by irregular retrieve.
